I am an experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in post-operative recovery, musculoskeletal injuries and supporting people to recover from their painful conditions .
Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS with oncology patients and am a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Oncology and Palliative Care (ACPOPC).
My approach combines progressive strengthening with targeted hands on manual therapy to help reduce pain, improve confidence, and support long-term recovery and rehabilitation. I also incorporate sports massage to allow me to provide more tailored treatment plans. I offer appointments both in clinic and in the comfort of your home.
