Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is the treatment of injury and disease by enhancing the body’s own healing process. It is important in rehabilitation and pain relief, following soft tissue injuries and bone injuries. Physiotherapy includes an assessment to diagnose the injury, advice treatment and individual home rehabilitation programmes.
